Customers should identify the actual entity type, such as:

Sia should not choose an entity structure for the customer.

TEXAS ENTITY NUMBER

Will SCILLAN need my Texas filing or entity number?

For an existing entity, applicable state identifying information may be requested to help ensure the correct entity is being updated.

What if I don't know the number?

Contact SCILLAN Support if the intake requires information the customer cannot locate.

FORMATION STATE

Why does SCILLAN need to know where the business was formed?

The answer helps distinguish between:

• Domestic Texas entity
• Foreign entity registered in Texas

and helps identify the correct administrative process.

CURRENT REGISTERED AGENT

Do I need to provide my current Registered Agent's information?

If the customer is switching Registered Agents, SCILLAN may need current record information to complete the change process.

Should I cancel my existing Registered Agent first?

No.
Customers should not cancel their existing Registered Agent service prematurely.
The official change should be completed appropriately before relying solely on the new service.

CURRENT REGISTERED OFFICE

What is the Registered Office?

The Registered Office is the Texas address associated with the Registered Agent.
It is used for receiving applicable official notices and service of process.

SCILLAN REGISTERED AGENT ADDRESS

Can I use the Registered Agent address for general business mail?

No.
The Registered Agent address is not intended for:

• General business mail
• Packages

Can I use it as my storefront?

Can I add another person as an authorized contact?

Does SCILLAN receive government correspondence?

SCILLAN may receive applicable official notices sent to the Registered Agent.
Not every government communication is necessarily sent to the Registered Agent.
Customers should continue monitoring other official business addresses and government accounts.

Sia should not claim the change is complete before verification.

How long does the change take?

SCILLAN's Estimated Processing Time for the Change of Registered Agent process is:

Government processing time is separate.

TEXAS EXPRESS

Can a Change of Registered Agent be expedited?

If the applicable Texas Secretary of State filing is eligible, Texas Express may be available.
Current government expedited-processing options may include:

• Standard Expedited — $50 per document
• Next-Day — $500 per document
• Same-Day — $750 per document

These are government fees in addition to normal filing fees.
Eligibility should be confirmed before promising expedited processing.

GOVERNMENT FEES

Are government fees included in the $179 annual Registered Agent fee?

No.

STATE CREDIT-CARD FEE

Can Sia tell me exactly when my subscription renews?

Only if verified account information is available.
Otherwise, customers should review their billing/account information or contact Support.

PAYMENT METHOD

Can I give Sia my card number?

No.
Customers should use the secure checkout or billing system.

FAILED RENEWAL PAYMENT

What if my renewal payment fails?

Customers should update their payment information through the approved secure billing system or contact Support.

Does failed payment immediately change the State's Registered Agent record?

No.
Billing status and government Registered Agent status are separate.

CANCELLATION

Can I cancel Registered Agent service?

Customers may request cancellation under the applicable subscription terms.

Does canceling the subscription remove SCILLAN from the State record?

REPLACEMENT REGISTERED AGENT

What should I do before leaving SCILLAN?

If the entity is required to maintain a Registered Agent, the customer should arrange an appropriate replacement and complete the applicable government change.
Sia should not provide legal advice about specific consequences.

MULTIPLE ENTITIES

I own five LLCs. Can one $179 subscription cover all five?

No.
Registered Agent service is:
$179/year per legal entity

Can the entities all be managed under one customer account?

Where supported, multiple entities may appear under one customer relationship or portal account.
Each entity still requires separate service tracking.

NEW ENTITY BUNDLE

Can I buy Formation, EIN, and Registered Agent together?

Yes, where available.
The individual services are:

• Texas LLC Formation — $199 + applicable government fees
• EIN Registration — $75

EXPO PROMOTION

Can the Expo offer apply to Registered Agent enrollment?

Eligible attendees of a participating SCILLAN expo event may receive:

How long do eligible attendees have to sign up?

48 hours following the applicable expo event

Does the Expo offer waive government fees?
