Can I use the registered agent address for Google Business?

The registered agent address should not automatically be used as a Google Business location.
Google and other third-party platforms have their own location and eligibility requirements.
SCILLAN does not guarantee that a registered agent address will qualify for use on a third-party platform.

Can SCILLAN receive packages for my company?

Clients are responsible for maintaining a current and monitored email address with SCILLAN.

SCILLAN's standard registered agent notification process uses email rather than SMS.

Does SCILLAN provide compliance reminders?

Yes.
SCILLAN's Compliance Alerts may include reminders approximately:

90 days before an applicable deadline
60 days before an applicable deadline
30 days before an applicable deadline
1 week before an applicable deadline

Compliance reminders are informational and do not automatically mean a filing has been purchased or submitted.
Clients remain responsible for responding to verification requests and providing required information in sufficient time for SCILLAN to perform any purchased filing service.

Does registered agent service automatically include annual filing preparation?

No.
Registered Agent + Compliance Alerts and Annual Compliance Filing Support are separate services unless otherwise stated.
SCILLAN may provide compliance reminders, but filing preparation or submission may require a separate purchase, verification, authorization, or payment.

Can I switch my current registered agent to SCILLAN?
