BUSINESS ADDRESS

What address will SCILLAN ask for?

Is my business address the same as my Registered Agent address?

Can Sia write my business purpose?

Sia may help simplify a factual business description based on information the customer provides.
It should not invent regulated activities or legal authority.

INDUSTRY INFORMATION

Why might SCILLAN ask what kind of business I operate?

The information may help:

  • Identify applicable filing information
  • Distinguish standard formation from specialized or regulated situations

Does SCILLAN determine my licensing requirements?

No.
